Shipping Policy

We process orders as soon as they are received, typically somewhere between 10-14 business days. Remember that our jewelry pieces are all handcrafted and the production process only commences after receiving an order. If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, we will get in touch with you accordingly.

Standard Shipping is free for all customers across South Africa. For international shipments, we add a standard delivery fee of $7 per order (and not per item). Please get in touch with us by email at lavabydesigns@gmail.com if you have any questions about international shipments.

Production of orders normally takes 10-14 business days and then shipping normally takes 2-3 business days for local shipping and 7-10 business days for international shipping.

If, for some reason, we are unable to fulfil your order within these time limits, we will get in touch with you.

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We do not ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

We will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before we contact you that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the respective Order Tracking facility of the courier companies. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order(s).
